RHEALP1010C – Ultra-Slim Architectural LED Profile
The RHEALP1010C is a precision-engineered aluminum LED profile from RHEA’s Slim Line series, designed to deliver elegant, continuous linear illumination while minimizing visual bulk. With an outer cross-section of just 10 × 10 mm, it offers an ultra-discreet linear lighting solution ideal for high-end interiors, residential features, architectural niches, cove lighting, display shelving, wardrobes, and more.
Constructed from high-grade AL6063-T5 extrusion, this slim profile ensures robust structural support while providing efficient heat dissipation. Its interior is sized to fit LED PCBs (circuit boards) up to 5 mm wide, enabling compatibility with a wide range of strip light densities. The standard maximum length is 3000 mm (3 m) per continuous section, enabling long runs with minimal joints. Available finishes include silver (natural anodized), white, and black powder coat, allowing designers to integrate the profile seamlessly into interior palettes.
RHEALP1010C is compatible with a variety of diffusers (opal, transparent) and mounting accessories (clips, end caps) to deliver soft, uniform light with minimal glare and dark zones. Its narrow opening and compact size make it especially suited for architectural integrations: under floating shelves, inside rebates in wall partitions, within stair risers, or behind coves and false ceiling trims, delivering seamless linear effects while remaining largely invisible when off.
