At its core, RHEALP146 is built from extruded aluminium with excellent thermal conduction, acting as an efficient heat sink to prolong LED lifespan and maintain consistent light output. Its surface or recessed mounting options make it versatile across ceiling coves, cornices, niches, wall recesses, and cabinetry. The profile accepts high-lumen LED strips (typically up to ~12 mm width), supporting single-color, tunable-white, or color-changing RGB/W variants.
One of the standout features is its diffuser design. The lens (opal or semi-opaque) ensures soft, uniform light emission and minimizes hot spots or visible LED dots ideal when creating continuous lines of light. With proper LED strip selection and optical control, you can achieve smooth wall washes, ambient cove lighting, or accent lighting over modules of any length.
For professionals managing tight installation constraints, RHEALP146’s compact cross-section is an advantage. Its extrusion is slender, making it ideal for narrow slots or shallow cavity spaces. At the same time, its structural rigidity ensures straight, wobbler-free runs over longer spans.
