The RHEALP186 is an extruded aluminum LED profile designed for recessed installation within drywall (12.5 mm gypsum board compatibility). With outer dimensions of 14.8 mm (width) × 90.8 mm (height), it provides a low-profile, minimalist linear channel that discreetly houses LED strips while offering excellent heat dissipation, structural rigidity, and precise light control.
Whether used as a cove light, valance lighting, stair riser accent, display lighting, or under-cabinet integration, RHEALP186 supports seamless continuous runs up to 6 meters in single lengths. The housing is finished in a smooth white powder coating, offering a neutral visual canvas that blends into ceilings and walls. The extrusion works in concert with PC diffusers, drop-in end caps, and a suite of connectors (90° horizontal, 180°, 90° vertical) to create elaborate linear layouts with clean connections and minimal visual breaks.
