What is LED neon flex?
LED neon flex is a flexible silicone or PU profile that houses a dense LED strip behind a diffuser, producing a continuous, dot-free line of light that looks like traditional glass neon. RHEA LED Linear has manufactured it since 2011 in side-bend, top-bend, 360° and 3D-bend geometries.
What’s the difference between side-bend, top-bend, 360° and 3D-bend neon?
Side-bend curves left and right on the flat plane (signage and wall lines); top-bend curves up and over the face (coves and stair edges); 360° emits around the full circumference (rings and handrails seen from all sides); 3D-bend flexes on multiple axes for free-form shapes and logos.
Is LED neon flex waterproof?
Yes, RHEA LED Linear neon is manufactured in IP67 and IP68 silicone profiles rated for water, UV and dust, suitable for facades, pools, wet areas and outdoor signage. Confirm the exact IP rating per profile on your quotation.
Can I get neon in a custom colour, CCT or length?
Yes, We manufacture to your specified colour temperature, fixed colour, RGB or addressable control, and cut runs to your length. Marked cut points also let installers trim on site.
Do you make OEM or private-label neon?
