What shapes and sizes can you manufacture?
Circles and rings from 250 mm to 5,000 mm as standard and custom up to 20 m diameter, continuous arcs up to 40 m, plus oval, ellipse, hexagonal, triangular, square, rectangular, polygonal and free-form. Profiles run 20–150 mm, and L, T, X and custom-angle connectors let a run move from ceiling to wall to floor. In short: if it can be drawn, RHEA LED Linear can manufacture it.
How large a circle or arc can you build?
Rings up to 20 m in diameter larger circles are built from curved profile segments and continuous arcs up to 40 m in varied radii. Bendable profiles handle tight-radius curves.
What smart control options are supported?
DALI, DALI-2, DMX512 and TRIAC dimming, with 2700K–6000K tunable white, RGB and RGBW for colour-changing feature effects. All dimming is smooth and flicker-free.
What is the light quality?
CRI 94+ for reference-grade colour accuracy, dot-free and glare-free through opal or low-glare lensed PMMA/PC diffusers, with up-light, down-light or both, and output up to about 1,680 lm/m.
Can you work from my sketch or CAD drawing?
Yes. We work from sketches, CAD drawings, concepts or reference images, produce engineering drawings, confirm the specification, prototype complex projects, then manufacture in-house with 100% burn-in testing.
Do you make OEM or private-label architectural luminaires?
Yes, this is core to what we do. RHEA LED Linear owns the extrusion, tooling and bendable-profile technology and builds custom luminaires to your drawing under your brand, with your finish, packaging and documentation.
